Overview

Swebsy is a visual website builder that lets you create, edit, export, and deploy static websites. By using Swebsy, you agree to these terms.

Using Swebsy

You may use Swebsy to build and publish websites for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for how you use the app, the content you create, and anything you publish or deploy through it.

Swebsy may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time. Some features may be experimental or unfinished.

Your Content

Your projects, text, images, code, settings, and exported websites remain your responsibility. You must have the rights needed to use any content you add to a project, including images, logos, fonts, copy, and third-party code.

You are also responsible for making sure your published websites comply with applicable laws, including privacy, cookie, accessibility, consumer protection, and copyright rules.

Exports and Ownership

Swebsy is built around portability. You can export your project data and static site output, and you keep ownership of the content you create. Swebsy retains ownership of the app itself, including its software, branding, and underlying product features.

AI Features

Swebsy may include AI-assisted features that help generate or edit content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case, so you should review it before publishing. If you use AI features, you are responsible for the prompts you submit and the final content you choose to keep or publish.

Deployments and Third-Party Services

Swebsy may let you deploy websites through third-party services such as GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages. If you use those integrations, you are responsible for the credentials, accounts, settings, and content involved. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Local Storage and Backups

Swebsy may let you deploy websites through third-party services such as GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages. If you use those integrations, you are responsible for the credentials, accounts, settings, and content involved. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
