Swebsy is a visual website builder for creating, editing, exporting, and deploying static websites. This Privacy Policy explains what data Swebsy handles, how that data is used, and what choices users have.

Swebsy is designed to work primarily in the browser. Site projects, assets, and editor data are generally stored locally on your device using browser storage technologies such as IndexedDB and PouchDB.

Swebsy does not require a server-side user account for core use of the app.
Swebsy may collect limited, privacy-conscious product analytics to understand app usage and improve the product.

Swebsy product analytics are intended not to include site content, page text, generated HTML or CSS, component trees, uploaded asset names, AI prompts or responses, deployment tokens, repository names, or custom code added by the user.
Where available, users can disable
product analytics in app preferences.
If you use Swebsy’s AI features, the prompts and relevant editing context you choose to send may be transmitted to third-party AI providers in order to generate suggestions or edits.
AI requests are used only to provide the requested feature. Users should avoid submitting
sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated data unless they are comfortable sending that data to the configured AI provider.
If you choose to deploy a site using integrations such as GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages, Swebsy will use the credentials, tokens, and configuration you provide to complete that deployment.
Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Swebsy does not
control how those third parties process data once you choose to use their platforms.
Swebsy allows users to export static websites and configure third-party analytics or tracking tools for those exported sites.
Any analytics, tracking scripts, pixels, custom code, or third-party services added to an exported website are controlled by the user and are not part
of Swebsy’s own product analytics practices. Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and cookie requirements on the websites they publish.
